Christ Light: Read 6B Jesus Heals the Officials Son
MT 5th Commandment You shall not murder. What does this mean? We should fear and love God that we do not hurt or harm our neighbor in his body. (Yes, this is long. Go through it a few times, as we did lots in class).
Reading: Read "What Can You Get for a Nickel" in the Superkids book.
Math: Lesson 23B We started our adding facts! Adding Doubles, 0-5. (0+0=0, 1+1=2...5+5=10)
Dr. Casey Holtz was here to talk to everyone. K-1st went together. He reminded us how we can be good friends. We will make a better effort to being good friends in class and at home.
Science: We compared plants and animals and learned about the venus fly trap.
Gym: Relay races! Music: Ask about it. I am told they played the organ and grand piano in church!
WLA Cross Country run is tonight. First grade runs at 5:10 if you can make it.
