Week #2 is off to a great start.  It was Christmas for our Bible lesson. Please read 2A Jesus is Born.  We also sang "Away in the Manger."  The Memory Treasure is Luke 2:10 The angel said, "Do not be afraid.  I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people."  See the homework chart.

Superkids: We reviewed more letters and sounds today.  Kk, Qu, Zz, Xx, Yy, and Jj.  We also read our new Food and Nutrition poems.

Math: Lesson 5B  We  made a Boy and Girl graph to day.  Girls-12, Boys-11.

Science:  We reviewed the terms we learned last week.  Thanks, Addy, for bringing in the plums so we could "observe" them and describe them like scientists.

Music- with Mrs. H today.  They sang some of their old favorites. :)

Gym: We found new spots in the gym and did basic movements and balances.

1/4 mile.  The whole class will run a 1/4 mile each day this week.  By Thursday, we will have run a mile!  Health and Fitness Week!
