It was a GRAND DAY at Faith Lutheran school.  I will send pictures of the kids and their special guests.

We read our Grandparents poetry

Extra recess was earned by the whole class so we went to the gym.

Snack and regular recess.  Mrs. G and I each led kickball games.  The whole class played (two games, four teams... lots of fun)!

Math: Review of doubles facts.

Preparation for Grand Day and I read books with grandparents.  Ask about "How to Babysit a Grandma."

The afternoon was spent at a short devotion for all the students and the "grands.  We sang our theme song, too, "Lamb of God."  It was beautiful!  Then we sang our fun song "We Love You."

From 1:00- 2:30 The students traveled with their grandparents to various rooms and did many different activities of their choosing.  Ask to see the "passport."
