Welcome new first grade students and parents!  This is where you will be able to keep up to date with what is happening in our classroom.  Each Monday you will find the list of homework assignments for the upcoming week.  May Jesus bless our school year.

HOMEWORK FOR AUGUST 20 - 23

TUESDAY:
No homework tonight.  Be sure to get to bed early.  Mrs. Lauber will too. :0)

WEDNESDAY:
Christ Light - Read "Creation" to your child from the lesson A book.  Review Genesis 1:1.  (We DO say the reference also...Genesis 1 verse 1.)
Math - Side B from lesson 2  Be sure to check the work over.  Make sure the page is done neatly in pencil unless otherwise noted.  Please be sure to put the paper back into your child's HOME folder to be returned to school.
Social Studies - Talk with your child about an activity which your family likes to do together.  We will be drawing simple family activity pictures in class.

THURSDAY:
Math - Lesson 3B homework  (Please be sure to check the page over in order to fix any mistakes.)

FRIDAY:
Christ Light - Practice verse 2 of hymn 593 (Jesus, Savior, wash away...)
Math - Lesson 4B homework
