Happy Wednesday!
Our 8th graders forgot to come for devotion today.  Oops- tomorrow.

Christ Light:  Please read 11B  Jesus Heals the Paralyzed Man.
MT:  The first three phrases of the  Lord's Prayer.  "Our Father who....kingdom come."

Spelling/Phonics:  We spend time today reviewing our first quarter pattern and memory words.  Many needed the refresher course.  :)

Poetry:  Community Helpers.

Reading:  We reread "A Monster Under the Bus."

Gym:  Ask about the new "Pirate Ship" moving game.  Music with Mrs. H, too.

Writing/English:  We studied adjectives more, then created our own monsters and wrote sentences with adjectives to describe our monsters.

Social Studies:  We read and learned more about big city communities and reviewed our 4 directions.
