Christ Light: Today we learned the story of The Woman in Simon's House. She was very sorry for her sins and showed great love to Jesus.

Faith Alive  The school newsletter will be sent out today.  It is loaded with information!  

Math: 1)  Fact families     2)  Counting Money with Mrs. W  3) ipads  4)  Ten frames with Mrs. M   5) Puzzles     

Spanish:  We will learn the names of clothing.   

Reading stations:  Today we did reading stations.  We did 1) Superkids comprehension work, 2) ipads Kids A-Z and 3) Word work with our spelling words on letter tiles.  

Science:  We started our new unit on Force and Energy.  There is a lot of demonstration and hands-on to do in this unit.  Our newest vocabulary words are motion, push, pull, and speed.  

Spelling: TEST on Tuesday 12/6  

Pattern words (magic silent e): ride,  hide,  spoke,  plane,  kite,  came,  cute

Memory Words: oh,  want,  any,  very,  good,  day

Challenge (optional):   right,  around,  different,  before,  three

First Grade sings on Dec 4 at late service.  Meet in our class at 10:15.

Mrs. Guell:  I have attached an envelope.  If you would like to give money for Mrs. G and her family during this difficult time, please do so with that.  Mrs. Giese will buy a gas card and/or other gift cards.  Little Nora is in the ICU at Children’s Hospital.  She was doing a bit better this morning, Mrs G said, but she has a long way to go.
