Tuesday

Christ Light:  We enjoyed a video today about the Bible story- Fishers for men.  Then ask about the cute fish project we did.  All recited their memory treasure.

Reading:  We reviewed the pattern words (-ed and -er).  Each is supposed to read a library book tonight.

Math:  Lesson 34.

I read "Tortuga in Trouble" during read-a-loud.  Ask about the Spanish numbers 1-10.  How did Culebra tell Tortuga to solve his problem.  What was his problem?

English:  We studied our Verb spelling words and wrote sentences with those words.  "I filled the bucket with water."

Social studies:  We learned a bit about Ruby Bridges and her tough life in school, and also talked about school rules.
